Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products purchased on Starogram (starogram.com).
1. Digital Products
All purchases on Starogram are digital products (personalized reports, analyses) delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final.
2. When We Issue Refunds
We will issue a full refund if: you were charged but did not receive your report due to a technical error; the delivered report is significantly incomplete or corrupted; you were charged multiple times for the same product.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
3. When We Do Not Issue Refunds
Refunds are not available for: completed reports that were delivered successfully; dissatisfaction with the content or interpretations (our content is for entertainment and educational purposes); change of mind after purchase.
4. Merchant of Record Purchases
If your purchase was processed through a merchant of record (such as Paddle or similar), their refund policy may also apply. In such cases, refund requests should be directed to the payment provider or to us at [email protected], and we will coordinate the process.
5. Telegram Stars Purchases
Purchases made via Telegram Stars within the Starogram mini-app are subject to Telegram's refund policies. Contact Telegram support for refund requests related to Stars transactions.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with: your email address or account identifier; the product purchased; date of purchase; reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
